As Co-Chairs of this year’s HEART Auction, we would like to graciously thank everyone who played a part in the success of this year’s HEART Auction. Our school community makes this event successful, and no matter what you did, from Chairing a committee all year, to picking up a gift certificate, to helping set the tables, to cleaning up the aftermath, or simply chose to attend the Auction, every bit counts and we are thankful for each and every person who helped in any way. Our two-year term as Co-Chairs is up. We have truly enjoyed the people we. We certainly couldn’t have done this without YOU!

Wondering How To Get Auction Items You Won, But Didn’t Pick Up?

If you have an open invoice (you haven’t paid yet), please remit payment to Janise Jordan in the School Office. Once payment has been received we will arrange for you to pick up your merchandise. Outstanding invoices unpaid by next Wednesday will be sent home in your FCE folder on Thursday, May 1st. If you have paid and just need to pick up your items, or to arrange a convenient pick-up time. Gift Certificates that have been paid for will be delivered via the May 1st FCE as well. Thank You!

Thank you to everyone who purchased raffle tickets this year; each of you helped to make this year’s raffles such a success. We sold $10,775 in Raffle tickets this year. THAT’S FANTASTIC!! Tickets are going fast! Send in your order forms for either Best of the Live and/or the Tuition Raffle with your money to secure your spot in the drawings. There is still time to get your forms in to take advantage of the Pre-Sale Incentive: For every $100 spent in each of the raffles, received on or before April 11th, you earn one free drink ticket. “Homesteading Instructions” For Pre-Sale Auction Tables Are Coming Home With Each Child Today!

Forget about hopping on your horse - load your Posse in the stagecoach and lead the way to your Homestead for the 2008 HEART Auction! The Auction Committee is offering up a limited number of pre-sale tables to groups of 10 BEFORE invitations go home next Thursday. This is your chance to Stake Your Claim on a dinner table before reservations open up to the rest of the settlers next week. Look for the flyer in your childs folder, and follow the “Homesteading Instructions”. Our Auction Reservations Coordinators will be in the School Office to take Homesteading Reservations beginning Friday Morning (Feb. 29th). All Reservations are on a first come first served basis and there are only a limited number of tables available for this offer.

Enter your procurement item on-line by tomorrow - Friday January 18th and your name will be placed in a drawing for a $100 gift certificate for AMA AMA. If you can’t make that, but get it in by Friday January 25th we will be drawing for a $75 gift certificate to Cactus. The deadline for your donation to be entered into our system is February 1st!
