This year’s auction decorations are going to be better than ever. We can’t wait to get started painting, building and creating amazing decorations for our upcoming auction. And we need you!

Come join us, we have 3 dates for you to choose from:

• March 10th, March 24th, or March 31st.
• Meet in the school hall
• 9am till 3pm (or for as long as you can stay)

Come to one, or come to all three. The more who come, the sooner we’ll get done!

Auction Decorations Items Needed

Auction Decorating Team is looking for white paint, white primer, black paint or silver spray paint and used or new roller paint brushes. If you have any of these items cluttering you garage, we are happy to take it off your hands. You can bring them to the office with auction decorations tag on them. Please contact with any questions. Auction Donation Update

Online donations due Monday, February 13th! Attention all you hep cats! Online donations are due Monday, February 13th. Remember that all donated items need to be new and total $125 or more. Your generous donations are what make this event the big daddy-o of them all when it comes to school fundraising. So get your item entered online this weekend.

Reminders: Online donations are due Feb. 13th. Note that the 2012 donation commitment level is $125/family. When purchasing items online from a HEART registry, be sure that your total amount equals at least 125 clams to fulfill your family donation commitment. If you’re collecting a donation from a business, be sure to enter it through our HEART website to get your family credit.

Puttin’ on the Ritz - Celebrates Holy Rosary Families!

This year, the entire Holy Rosary student family will be creating an unforgettable art piece to be auctioned at the 2012 HEART Auction. This piece of art will celebrate and represent each Holy Rosary School family.

To complete the project we’re asking each family to contribute One OR Two small objects that best represent the spirit of your family. Objects must have a height of no more than One Centimeter (3/8 “) and cover an area of approximately Four Square Inches or Less.

Your family treasure can be flat or have some depth and can be made of any material e.g. pewter, steel, plastic, paper, stone. Feel free to with any specific questions.

Items will be collected during Catholic Schools Week on Wednesday, February 1st. Please send your item in a plastic bag labeled with your family name and please note that you will not receive the item back as it will be incorporated into the project to create a lasting piece of art.

Donation Incentives

All hip families who submit items, experiences or cash online by Friday, January 27th will receive free dress passes for the entire family. But wait, there’s more! The grade level with the highest total donation amount by February 13th wins an ice cream party for both classes. Sweet? And how!
